Comparison between damping line and vibration proof hammer

Compared with the shockproof hammer, damping line has some main characteristics:

1. light weight, it is not easy to form "dead point" at fixed points.

2. It is convenient to take materials and to change the natural frequency by adjusting lace, and its natural frequency is more. In high frequency, its energy dissipation effect is better than that of anti-vibration hammer, but it is worse than that of anti-vibration hammer in low frequency.

3. The field measurement shows that the energy dissipation characteristic curve of the damping line is convex and concave with the change of frequency. It consumes little energy at the bottom of the curve and decreases sharply at small amplitude.
